People actions impact the worlds drinkable water.
Water consumption reflection
I found out that the average Canadian uses about 92 gallons of water a day. I think they are lucky to use less water than us so they do not spend as much money. I use about 70 gallons a day and there is a difference of 22 gallons.
Backyard Habitat Reflection
We tested for healthy amounts of dissolved oxygen. We are testing for high amounts of dissolved oxygen (4-8 ppm). Our wetlands have very low amounts of dissolved oxygen. People litter in it. We throw stuff in the water like oil. We can help by picking up trash.
ZOO REFLECTION
I learned that there is another pollutant called ammonia. This means pea and feces are in the water and are bad for fish. There should be absolutely zero ammonia specimens.
I enjoyed the tram the most. I liked it because saw almost all the animals that the driver said. There was a white rhino and a black rhino.
SPLASH LAB REFLECTION
I learned what many different pollutants to the estuary are. Chemicals, bacteria, fertilizer, and sediments are all pollutants in the estuary. The chemicals kill the birds that drink them the dirt suffocates fish the bacteria also kills and fertilizer gives the plants growth spurts.
People kill the environment through pollution. That affects people because there is not enough drinking water especially in the drought. People could die from the lack of fresh clean water. They could drink chemicals like arsenic or drink fertilizer.
